Read here in a few lines of text how you can pay at GeezerBox.
That’s a good question. Your order will be charged via the payment method you specify (iDeal, credit card, etc.)
Therefore, it is your own responsibility to ensure that your information is always up to date on your account page. Please read the question below which payment options we accept.
What is also good to know is that only the first delivery can be paid via iDeal. If you chose iDeal while ordering your GeezerBox, the amount of your first GeezerBox will be deducted from your account immediately. When ordering, you authorize Mollie B.V. (acting for GeezerBox) to send continuous SEPA direct debit orders to your bank to debit an amount from your account.
We are all tight sometimes, but it is your responsibility to make sure there is enough money in your account at the time of payment and on the collection date. If a payment order cannot be fulfilled, orders can still be shipped. We will always try again to start debiting the amount from your account. This is because we have the right to reclaim outstanding amounts by making the payment again ia the specified payment method.
Should these attempts still fail, we may still obtain the debt by other means, either directly or through a bailiff’s office, for example. We may lay the associated collection costs on you. We may stop delivering GeezerBoxes as long as you as a customer have not (fully) fulfilled your payment obligations.
You can order your GeezerBox using the following payment methods:
- iDEAL (ABN Amro, ASN bank, bunq, Friesland bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS bank, Triodos bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers)
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PostePay and Cartes Bancaires)
- Pay afterwards with Klarna
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Bancontact
- Bank transfer
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay with bitcoins or in installments.
Sure! Our site is well secured with an SSL certificate, which means that anything you send such as passwords or credit card numbers are private when sent to the site. Just look at the green lock on the upper left next to our URL.
Not at the moment, perhaps we will offer this in the future. For now, you can just pay via iDeal or something else.
- When you choose PayPal or credit card as your payment method, the amount is debited continuously from your PayPal account or from your credit card.
- When you choose to pay with Klarna, you will first receive the GeezerBox at home and have 14 days to pay via Klarna. With Klarna, it is not possible to have your GeezerBox delivered to a delivery address other than your specified billing address. If you pay with Klarna, you also don’t have to provide payment details. This goes through them. More information from Klarna can be found at https://www.klarna.com/nl/voorwaarden/.
If you disagree with a SEPA direct debit (via iDeal, PayPal or credit card) you can have it reversed under the conditions agreed between you and your bank. Contact your bank within 8 weeks for this purpose. Also, ask the bank about the terms and conditions.
